Every CELY piece is carefully inspected and packaged with care before leaving us. Because we carry limited quantities of our pieces, all purchases are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at thecelybrand@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.
