Welcome to CELY the Label. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website and any purchases made through our online store.

Throughout these Terms, “CELY,” “CELY the Label,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to CELY the Label.

By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

1. Online Store

By using our website, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement or that you are using the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

You may not use our products, website, photographs, branding, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or limit quantities when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, inventory errors, or misuse of our website.

2. Products

CELY the Label offers jewelry and related accessories.

We make every effort to display our pieces, finishes, colors, sizes, and details as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting, photography, and the individual characteristics of each piece.

Product availability and quantities may be limited and are subject to change without notice.

We may modify, discontinue, restock, or change a product at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discount codes, shipping rates, and product availability may change at any time.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other amounts will be shown at checkout before your purchase is completed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, inventory, or other errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you with available options or cancel and refund the affected order when appropriate.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. We may contact you if additional information is needed to process your order.

Please review your order and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

Because orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at thecelybrand@gmail.com.

5. Final Sale Policy

All CELY the Label purchases are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items, changes of mind, sizing preferences, or other non-defective merchandise, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Every piece is inspected and carefully packaged before shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at thecelybrand@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Items damaged through normal wear, improper use, improper storage, exposure inconsistent with product-care recommendations, or damage occurring after delivery are not considered defective.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

6. Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing times may occasionally be affected by launches, holidays, unusually high order volume, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For U.S. orders:

Standard Shipping: $4.90
Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $100
Estimated transit time after shipment: 5–8 business days

The estimated 5–8 business-day transit period begins after your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside CELY the Label’s control may affect delivery.

If we become aware that we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe represented at the time of purchase, we will handle the delay in accordance with applicable law.

7. Tracking

Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the carrier receives your package.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

If you realize that your shipping information is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

8. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:

Check your mailbox, front entrance, delivery area, or other secure locations around your property
Check with household members, neighbors, building staff, or property management
Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information

CELY the Label is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, except where responsibility is otherwise imposed by applicable law.

We are happy to provide available shipment or tracking information that may assist you with a carrier claim.

9. Jewelry Care & Use

Our jewelry should be handled and stored with care.

The longevity and appearance of a piece may be affected by factors including wear, storage, chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, moisture, cleaning methods, and individual use.

Any product-care information provided by CELY is intended to help you care for your jewelry and should be followed when applicable.

CELY the Label is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

10. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, including expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, or limits on use.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to modify or end promotional offers at any time and to refuse or cancel use of a promotion where we reasonably believe it has been used improperly or contrary to its stated terms.
